- Selection to all the PG courses is done on the basis of marks scored in the entrance exam
- For BArch & BPlan, the selection is based on the merit in the NATA score
- Candidates for MPhil & Ph.D. program are selected on the basis of entrance exam conducted by the university followed by an interview
- Ph.D. candidates with CSIR NET/ UGC NET/ GATE/ JRF or any other equivalent exam score are exempted from the entrance test
